Bud Duck UK Ltd Delivery Information
1. Minimum Orders
The UK minimum order is £100 (excluding VAT).
The Export minimum order is £300 (excluding VAT).
2. Delivery Rates
– For UK:
For orders between £100 and £299.99 (excluding VAT): £10 carriage charge
For orders of £300 (excluding VAT): FREE carriage charge
– For Export orders:
The freight charge will be quoted once your order has been submitted to us.
3. Stock
Due to stock fluctuation, please checkout the items in your basket as soon as possible to secure your items. If some items become unavailable, we will keep them on a back order for you.
4. Export
All Duties, Tariffs, VAT, Sales Tax and Courier Handling charges are to be paid by the receiver.
5. Delivery
UK orders
Your order will usually be dispatched within 2 – 3 working days.
We use Fedex for UK deliveries and they usually deliver the next day.
Europe orders
These will usually be dispatched from our EU warehouse
Delivery times for orders to all other countries will vary and we will give an indication of transit time when your order is confirmed including shipping.
6. Returns policy
We are very sorry if you have received some damaged/missing goods. We always do our best to avoid this happening. But if this is the case, please contact us within the next 7 days of receiving the goods at bud@budduck.com
