Terms and Conditions – Bud Duck UK Limited
Trade Prices: All trade prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is not applicable for export orders.
Minimum Order Value: UK (Mainland Only): The minimum order value is £100 (excluding VAT). Orders between £100 and £299.99 (excluding VAT) will incur a £10 carriage charge. Carriage is paid for orders of £300 or more (excluding VAT).
Export: The minimum order value is £300. For further details, please refer to our “Delivery Information” page.
Supply of Goods: All goods are supplied on a full sale basis only and are subject to availability.
New Customer Orders: New customers are required to pay on a proforma basis. To apply for a 30-day account, please contact our office at bud@budducks.com. Applications must include a bank reference and two trade references. Please note that applications for a 30-day account may be declined.
Overdue Accounts: Overdue accounts will incur interest at a rate of 2.5% per month.
Unpaid Invoices: Any invoices remaining unpaid after 60 days will incur a 10% surcharge.
Retention of Title: All goods remain the property of Bud Duck UK Limited until fully paid for. Responsibility for insurance passes to the purchaser upon delivery.
Delivery Schedule: Bud undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to dispatch goods on the promised delivery date but does not guarantee this. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract unless expressly stipulated in writing.
Claims for Missing Goods: Claims for missing goods will only be considered if cartons are signed for as pilfered.
Claims Period: Claims will only be accepted if we are informed within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Force Majeure: Bud shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, civil commotion, government intervention, shipping delays, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure Events”). Bud shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the Buyer due to delays resulting from Force Majeure Events, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential losses.
Export Orders: For export orders, all prices are FOB UK. Full payment is required prior to dispatch. We accept most credit cards. Information on carriage for overseas orders can be found on our delivery information page.
Email Communication: By providing your email address, you consent to Bud contacting you with information about your orders via email. Your email address will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.
Stock Availability: We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. We will only invoice for items that are in stock.
Refund Policy: Refunds are made at the discretion of Bud Duck UK Ltd.
Stock Fluctuation: Due to stock fluctuations, please checkout the items in your basket as soon as possible to secure your items. If some items become unavailable, we will keep them on back order for you.
